Terms of service

1. Who we are

Peelo is a web service that turns photos into sticker packs. In these terms, “we” and “Peelo” mean the operator of peelo.click, and “you” means the person or organisation using it.

2. Your account

You need an account to make packs. We sign you in with a link sent to your email address, so keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. What you upload

You keep ownership of every photo and piece of artwork you upload. By uploading, you give us permission to process it for the single purpose of making your pack.

You confirm that:

• you have the right to upload it, and the right to make a sticker pack of anyone in it;
• you have permission from anyone recognisable in the photo, or you are their parent or guardian;
• it does not infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark or likeness rights.

4. What you may not make

Do not use Peelo to make packs that:

• sexualise anyone, and never anyone who is or appears to be a minor;
• harass, defame or impersonate a real person, or are made from someone’s photo without their consent;
• promote violence or hatred against a group of people;
• are designed to deceive — for example, presenting a generated image as a real photograph of something that happened.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without a refund where the breach is deliberate.

5. What you get

You own the stickers you generate, subject to the licence tier you are on. Personal use is included on every plan. Commercial use for your own content starts on Pro. A licence covering work you deliver to clients starts on Studio. Details are on the pricing page.

The Peelo name, the site and the software behind it stay ours. Nothing here gives you a licence to them.

6. Credits and payment

One credit makes one sticker. Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Credits bought as a one-off pack do not expire. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to collect.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our refunds policy.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Peelo running and will give notice of planned downtime where we reasonably can. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and features described as coming soon may change or arrive later than indicated.

8. Liability

Peelo is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless doing so would be unlawful.

10. Changes

We will update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Peelo after that means you accept the new version.
